Notice of Public Meeting
The Fairfield Town Council will hold the Annual Town Meeting at the Fairfield Community Center, 61 Water Street, at 6:30 p.m., Monday, May 12, 2025, in the Gymnasium.
Town Reports that include the warrant will be available at the Town Office prior to the meeting.
The Registrar of Voters will be available at the Town Office from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and at the Community Center beginning at 6:00 p.m. until the meeting is adjourned.
To register to vote, please bring valid photo ID and proof of Fairfield residency.

Notice of Public Hearing
Accepting bids
The Town of Winslow is accepting bids for the Brick Schoolhouse Reroofing, located at 128 Cushman Road, in Winslow, ME. After April 28, 2025, construction documents, including the bid form, are available upon request from Print Bangor, by contacting ryan@PrintBangor.com.
Bids clearly marked “Bid-Brick Schoolhouse Reroofing” are due by May 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the Town Office, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The Town of Winslow reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any or all technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems in its best interest.

Notice of Public Hearing
The Municipal Officers of China will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to receive comments and answer questions on the Annual Town Business Meeting Warrant articles and proposed changes to Chapter 2 of the Land Use Ordinance, Chapter 11 Definitions and Budget Committee Ordinance.
A zoom link to the public hearing is available and posted on the calendar on the town’s website. The ATBM Warrant and proposed ordinances are posted at www.chinamaine.gov on the “Elections” tab. Any comments or questions prior to the meeting can be sent to info@chinamaine.org.
